Gary Barbosa, Chief Executive & Chief Financial
Officer
As a serial entrepreneur, he opened a solo medical
and surgical practice in 1984, which grew to two
employed physicians, five offices and seven
employees. In 1988, he created Ads & Images, Inc.,
starting with building one billboard. Building his first
billboard company to over 100 sign faces in Tampa
Bay, he sold his company in 1998, and hence Dr.
Barbosa retired from medical practice focusing on
building his next billboard company, which is currently
Champion Outdoor and its affiliates. Tasks and
duties performed included permitting, erecting, and
leasing outdoor advertising bulletins. He is well
versed in the legal delicacies of sign leases,
variances, sign ordinances, prohibitions, restrictions,
and legislation. He was also an underwriter for a
specialty lender in out of home media.
He is the founder and President of several other
Champion companies that are in unrelated industries.
His management style is unique and motivational to
employees and the clients he represents.
Clint Morrison – Chief Technology Officer
Clint Morrison brings a distinguished 25-year tenure
in the telecommunications industry, exhibiting a

and diverse career trajectory. He has demonstrated

establishing trust, Clint embodies an innate ability to
inspire and motivate teams and peers alike. His

Morrison has been instrumental in developing new

Mr. Morrison’s financial stewardship in steering

Wyatt Hoaglin – Field Electrical Engineer &
Supervisor
Wyatt Hoaglin, a seasoned construction professional
in wireless and commercial sectors, combines a
decade of expertise with a strong construction
background, exceptional customer service, and
antireless work ethic. Spanning residential,
commercial, and industrial settings, Wyatt's
multifaceted experience encompasses macro cell
sites, fiber facilities, small cells, new site build, and
electrical domains. His proficiency in construction
management, proactive planning, and collaboration
has been consistently demonstrated through
successful ground-up site builds and meeting project
deadlines.
Wyatt Hoaglin's commitment to excellence, quality,

George Shippe, Master Electrician Qualifier/GPS
Electric
George Shippe, formerly of GPS Electric, has
operated a very successful electrical business for
over a decade in the state of Florida. George has
approved and qualified Wyatt Hoaglin to be an
authorized signer for electrical permitting. In return,
George offers his technical expertise and
endorsements and makes available his vast network
of industrial and commercial clients.
Chris Jeffries - Location Analyst
I began my career in ad sales with the Philadelphia
Inquirer, where I canvassed door-to-door, reaching
out to locals from Philadelphia to Bethlehem. It was
during this time that I discovered my passion for sales
and business development. The idea that a single
phone call or face-to-face meeting could lead to a
sale and generate revenue out of thin air fascinated
me. Driven by this fascination, I delved into studying
sales techniques and eventually transitioned into the
tech industry, specializing in reselling Microsoft
products, which proved to be extremely profitable.
However, everything changed the day I encountered
Champion Technologies. Upon meeting with their
team, I was offered a unique opportunity to
spearhead their sales efforts on the East Coast. This
marked a significant turning point in my career
trajectory.
